About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities within our Abuja region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting innovative communication, security, and technology solutions across key industries.
This role requires a strategic sales professional with strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to sell complex technology solutions while consistently achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government, corporate, telecommunications, security, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Generate and present compelling business proposals and technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and account management.
- Provide clients with professional guidance on suitable communication, cybersecurity, and physical security solutions.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of concerns and issues.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, growth objectives, and profitability quotas.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer engagements, opportunities, and sales activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Demonstrated experience selling technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, or physical security solutions.
- Experience selling into the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage.
