Job SummaryThe Provisioning Officer will be responsible for receiving, provisioning, locking, processing, and reconciling devices in accordance with operational guidelines and productivity standards. The role supports daily warehouse activities and ensures devices are ready for deployment while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.
This position requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily device allocations and process assigned units efficiently.
• Configure and provision devices using designated operational systems and software.
• Lock and prepare devices according to company procedures.
• Reconcile processed inventory and ensure accurate handover records.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
• Identify and escalate technical or operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accountability for allocated devices and operational tools.
• Support additional warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.

Requirements 

• Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent qualification.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and performing operational tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a structured operational, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related environment.
