💰 Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Gross + Monthly Commission, HMO, Leave Allowance, Pension

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with both small local businesses and major brands to feature them on our platform. You will work within a collaborative team environment to expand our market presence and drive sales growth.

As a key player in our sales team, you will develop a strong pipeline of potential partners and onboard corporate clients within your assigned region. Whether expanding our presence in existing markets or launching in new locations, your focus will be on securing high-quality business relationships that enhance our platform’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard top businesses in categories such as restaurants, fashion, electronics, florists, and more.
  • Stay up to date on trending spots, events, and products in your city.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring partners receive optimal visibility and value.
  • Negotiate tailored solutions to meet partners’ needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including calls and visits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture of shared learning and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with key industry contacts.
  • Experience using Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
  • Background in high-growth digital startups is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Empathetic, inclusive, and eager to learn.
