Job Summary

The Practice Lead, Cloud & Data Analytics is responsible for leading the organization’s Data & AI and Digital Application & Innovation practice by driving strategy, innovation, business growth, and technical excellence. The role provides leadership in designing and delivering cloud-based data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that enable digital transformation and business value for clients.

The successful candidate will lead the development of scalable cloud data platforms, AI-powered business solutions, and digital applications while managing client relationships, driving strategic partnerships, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Cloud & Data Analytics and Digital Application & Innovation Practice to achieve strategic business objectives and customer success metrics.
• Develop and execute the practice strategy, roadmap, and operational priorities to support business growth and innovation.
• Drive revenue generation through the development and delivery of innovative cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities into successful engagements.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
• Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise cloud and data solutions.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric technologies to build scalable enterprise data platforms and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI Services and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and deploy intelligent business applications using Azure AI Studio.
• Architect end-to-end analytics and AI solutions that support predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot initiatives to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate business value.
• Engage clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for cloud, data, and AI transformation.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Present technical solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Data, Cloud, Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.
• At least two (2) years in a leadership or practice management role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise cloud transformation and AI solutions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong client consulting and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Fabric Certifications and Other relevant Microsoft Cloud and AI certifications.
