Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – General Services to provide strategic leadership across Human Resources, Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE). The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, workforce effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and regulatory compliance to support business growth across multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of Human Resources, Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, and QHSE functions.
• Lead talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop and optimize procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management strategies.
• Oversee corporate facilities, asset management, travel, security, and administrative services.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, HSE standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and corporate support operations.
• Develop performance metrics and monitor service delivery across all General Services functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, MCIPS, ASQ) are an added advantage.
• 12–15 years of experience in corporate services, operations, or shared services management.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple corporate support functions.
• Strong experience in HR, supply chain, administration, QHSE, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
