- Selling into medical directors, procurement heads, and hospital management
- Driving institutional sales, including tenders and government contracts
- Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Positioning premium equipment in a competitive market
- Consistently hitting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
- Proven track record in medical/healthcare equipment sales (3–7+ years)
- Existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions
- Strong experience with procurement processes and tenders
- Ability to close deals, not just “follow up”
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
