Job Summary
The Party Serve Coordinator is responsible for executing and supervising all Party Serve activations, ensuring the effective visibility of brands during events, parties, and hospitality engagements. The role ensures flawless implementation of Party Serve strategies, from set-up to post-event reporting, while liaising with event hosts, hotels, event centres, and BAs to maximize brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the set-up of Party Serve roll-up banners, promotional materials, and branded assets at designated venues.
- Supervise Party Serve hostesses, Brand Ambassadors (BAs), and support staff during events.
- Ensure all Party Serve activities follow company guidelines and brand standards.
- Monitor event flow to ensure visibility and smooth execution of activities.
- Meet Monthly Party targets.
- Provide timely feedback from venues, customers, and clients to Party Serve leadership.
- Ensure banners, displays, and brand assets are in good condition and strategically positioned.
- Check that Party Serve activities comply with company’s policies, hotel regulations, and relevant laws.
- Maintain proper records of event execution, challenges, and outcomes.
- Submit post-activation reports with photos, videos, data, and insights.
- Track KPIs such as consumer engagement, brand visibility, event reach, and number of parties.
- Support supervisors and BAs in carrying out their roles effectively.
- Frequent travel to hotels, event venues, and partner locations.
- High-energy, fast-paced environment with extended working hours during events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years experience in event coordination, hospitality, sales promotion, or brand activation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
