Key Responsibilities
- Computation of monthly Transport Allowance for All Agents.
- Ensure proper record of all commission’s payment with Agency offices.
- Maintenance of Agents records.
- Maintenance of Agency Manager leave records.
- Collate and advice Agency offices on premium received and advice FINCON on receipt issuance.
- Liaise between Agency offices and operations (both Life & Non-Life and Technical) to ensure prompt issuance of policy documents.
- Liaise between the Agency office and Life operations to ensure prompt payment of maturity benefits.
- Follow up with Claims Department on processing of Non-Life claims.
- Coordinate and follow up on daily renewal of Agency businesses (Life & Non-Life businesses).
- Coordinate the administration process for Agency Market Storms/ Road Shows.
- Coordination of Agency Awards/ Retreats.
- Coordination of requisition of brand items.
- Processing of all commissions for Agency Businesses and ensure Agents are appropriately paid.
- Daily/ Weekly reconciliation of Life commission schedule with Agency offices.
- Monthly Analysis of Agency Sales force Performance/Review
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, HND.
- Minimum of three years relevant experience in technical/operations department in Insurance or financial services firm.
- An excellent knowledge of insurance regulatory policies, laws and practices is essential.
- Professional qualification of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) or the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- High degree of professionalism and maturity.
- Highly skilled on Microsoft office package (Word. Excel and PowerPoint)
