Job Summary
The Head, Cybersecurity Services will lead the Cybersecurity Business Unit with responsibility for driving business growth through exceptional cybersecurity consulting, technical solution delivery, and solution-selling activities. The role is responsible for developing the organization’s cybersecurity consulting practice, building a high-performing technical team, maintaining strategic OEM partnerships, and delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions that address clients’ business and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives, including methodology development, proposal writing, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Drive new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurate business forecasts.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across cybersecurity solution areas, including; Endpoint Protection, Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Privacy, IT Risk Assessment, Cloud Security.
- Design and architect cybersecurity solutions that effectively address customer business and security challenges.
- Lead and maintain the organization’s strategic OEM partnerships by ensuring all required competencies and advanced specializations are achieved and sustained.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including front-office and back-office support teams, to achieve corporate objectives.
- Drive innovation through the development of industry-specific cybersecurity offerings and thought leadership initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance guidance to Cybersecurity Consultants and Engineers.
- Ensure cybersecurity implementation engagements are delivered in accordance with the organization’s consulting methodology and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant education or certifications in Cybersecurity and Information Technology.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity Consulting roles.
- Previous experience working on multiple cybersecurity consulting engagements within a Security or Advisory practice.
- Demonstrated ability to develop professional reports, methodologies, analyses, and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and networking solutions, including SIEM, Firewalls, Identity and Access Management (IAM), IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, Authentication and Authorization Controls, and Cloud Security.
- Sound knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts, including Network Architecture, Risk Management, Defence-in-Depth, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing cybersecurity solutions from at least two of the following OEMs: Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point, Trend Micro, Sophos, Fortinet.
- Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications or equivalent industry-recognized credentials: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, OEM-issued cybersecurity certifications.
