📍 Lagos Mainland or Abuja, Nigeria

This is a leadership role where you’ll coach and motivate pickers, ensure smooth store operations, and drive improvements that directly influence customer experience.
🌍 What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a distributed team of pickers.
- Visit partner stores regularly to observe operations and resolve challenges.
- Own picker KPIs by tracking performance and delivering feedback.
- Recruit, onboard, and deploy new pickers for launches and replacements.
- Manage schedules to ensure full coverage across stores.
- Support launch operations and set new pickers up for success.
- Spot opportunities to improve order fulfillment and implement lasting changes.
- Collaborate with the wider Partner Operations team on impactful projects.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Minimum HND or BSc in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or food service.
- Strong team-building and motivational skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a tech-savvy, data-driven mindset.
- Accountability for team performance and operational outcomes.
