We are seeking an exceptionally organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Litigation & Executive Support Counsel to provide high-level legal and executive support within a distinguished (SAN)-led litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation experience, excellent legal drafting and research capabilities, and the ability to manage sensitive legal matters with utmost professionalism and confidentiality. This role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and intellectually demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced legal research for both trial and appellate matters.
  • Prepare well-structured legal research memoranda, litigation summaries, and background briefs.
  • Draft legal correspondence, motions, written addresses, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Support the preparation, review, and organization of court filings and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate litigation schedules and track procedural deadlines to ensure timely filings and court appearances.
  • Maintain organized records and effective documentation control systems.
  • Provide executive-level support relating to litigation coordination and case management.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders where required.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality across all legal, client, and operational matters.

Requirements

  • LL.B and B.L qualifications are mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5โ€“7 years post-call experience.
  • Strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrable experience in appellate and trial-level legal research.
  • Prior experience within a SAN-led chamber or a highly structured litigation practice is strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in drafting motions, briefs, written addresses, legal opinions, and memoranda.
  • Additional academic qualifications or exposure in English, Public Administration, Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
