Job Summary
The Regional Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple telecom projects within the region, ensuring efficient execution, team performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution across multiple states within the region.
- Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, and field teams.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Serve as the primary interface between management and field operations.
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
- Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of all regional projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience managing telecom operations across regions.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
