Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Ensure timely ATP completion and customer sign-offs.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven project management experience in telecom projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
