Role Overview

We are seeking a highly structured and detail-oriented Content Strategy & Quality Lead to drive the planning, execution, and quality assurance of all content deliverables across client accounts.

This role is pivotal in translating campaign strategies into clear, actionable content plans while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all outputs. The ideal candidate will also play a supervisory role, guiding Content Creators and maintaining strong workflow discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Architecture

  • Develop and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable content plans
  • Define content pillars and narrative frameworks for each client account

2. Quality Control & Assurance

  • Review and approve all captions, creatives, and scheduled content
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, especially across B2B and corporate communications
  • Maintain high standards of grammar, tone, clarity, and messaging

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise and mentor Content Creators
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage deadlines effectively
  • Ensure structured workflows and accountability across all content processes

4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track engagement metrics and content performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement
  • Support reporting processes with data-driven content analysis.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills (with a focus on B2B communication)
  • Proven experience managing or supervising junior creatives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram for corporate branding.
