Phillips Outsourcing
- Accurate tracking of all stock (received, issued, transferred)
- Monthly physical counts & reconciliation
- Monitoring stock levels and preventing shortages
- Managing FIFO and tracking expiry/obsolete items
- Maintaining proper storage and stockroom organization
- Preparing inventory reports and supporting audits
- Working closely with procurement, maintenance & accounts
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in inventory/storekeeping (engineering/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems + Excel
- Proven ability to maintain accurate stock records
