Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary
The Site Engineer will be responsible for the execution of telecom site deployment activities, including installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of network equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver within strict project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute site installation, integration, nd commissioning of telecom infrastructure.
- Conduct and document Technical Site Surveys (TSS).
- Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and ensure proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot site issues including alarms, connectivity failures, and hardware faults.
- Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and project teams.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, safety guidelines, and timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely progress reports.
Requirements
- Degree/HND in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in telecom projects (FTTH, MW, or 5G).
- Strong understanding of site deployment and integration processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
