The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Head Office. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can support daily office activities and assist multiple departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Handle filing, record-keeping, and document management
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Assist with data entry and basic report preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and support inventory tracking
  • Support meeting arrangements and internal coordination
  • Attend to visitors and respond to basic inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
