Job Title: Finance and Operations Lead

Location: VI, Lagos (Hybrid)

Salary: ₦1,500,000 – ₦2,100,000

Role Overview

We are hiring a Finance & Operations Lead who combines financial mastery, operational discipline, analytical rigour, and commercial thinking. This position responsible for building and maintaining financial and operational systems that guarantee clarity, compliance, discipline, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, financial planning, runway and cashflow forecasting

• Maintain audit-ready books with the Associate Accountant

• Establish unit economics and product profitability models

• Build and enforce internal controls and procurement discipline

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports & executive dashboards

• Own grant budgeting, tracking, documentation, and reporting

• Maintain a centralized digital compliance archive

• Maintain a live status dashboard with early-warning risk signals

• Develop structured SOPs for finance, procurement, fulfilment, and reporting

• Oversee efficient, timely product fulfilment via Distribution Manager

• Lead weekly operations update cadence and performance reviews

• Design KPI dashboards and insight-driven reports for leadership

• Conduct scenario modelling for strategic business decisions

• Support revenue teams with pricing, deal modelling & ROI analysis

• Contribute to funding proposals, investor-style documentation, and due diligence

Requirements:

• ICAN/ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent professional standing)

• 7+ years experience in finance, audit, FP&A, business ops, or similar, with 2+ years in a senior or leadership role

• Proven analytical, modelling and reporting experience

• Experience in grant-funded or compliance-driven environments

• Able to build systems, not just maintain existing ones

• Comfortable in lean, fast, autonomous working environments
