Salary: ₦230,000 net monthly
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (weekends included) | Mondays off + 2 additional days off monthly
Overview:
We are hiring two Salon Managers to oversee daily salon operations, ensure service excellence, and drive team performance. The role requires hands-on leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day salon operations and staff schedules.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and salon equipment.
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff for optimal performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in salon or customer-facing service management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain service standards.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for beauty and personal care.
