Job Title: Chiropractor
Location: Deployment – Botswana, Training –Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,500 USD Monthly Net
Our client, a leading healthcare and wellness provider, is looking to hire a chiropractor who will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with neuro musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those involving the spine, through manual adjustment, manipulation, and other specialized techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient consultations to assess medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
• Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions, especially related to spinal health, posture, and joint function.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on manual adjustments, manipulations, and complementary therapies.
• Provide rehabilitative exercises, posture correction advice, and wellness recommendations to prevent recurrence of conditions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards.
• Use diagnostic tools, including X-rays, MRI reports, and orthopedic assessments, where applicable.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, massage therapists, etc.) for integrated patient care.
• Complete a comprehensive client training to master internal protocols, service delivery standards, and specialized treatment techniques.
• Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care and wellness trends through continuous professional development.
• Adhere to country’s healthcare regulations and chiropractic licensing requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and promote company’s brand image within the community.
• Ensure clinic hygiene, safety, and infection control standards are always met.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid chiropractic license
• Additional certification in sports medicine, rehabilitation therapy, or wellness care is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical chiropractic experience (exception may be made for outstanding new graduates).
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Botswana after training.
