We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Sales Manager to lead business growth initiatives across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Retail, Fintech, and E-Commerce. This is a strategic hunter role focused on identifying and closing high-value opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients within target industries.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and qualification.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing, including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fintech players.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of frontline sales experience in technology services (IT, cloud, data, software, application development, analytics).
- Proven track record of selling to senior executives (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, Functional Heads).
- Strong sales experience in the Middle East and/or African markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
