Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Shortlet Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short let apartments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, reservations, and inventory management to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate housekeeping services to ensure apartments are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Manage maintenance requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
Oversee guest services, including check-in/check-out, concierge services, and resolving guest complaints.
Manage reservations, including responding to inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring accurate records.
Coordinate with marketers and agents to ensure clean booking and avoid overbooking.
Conduct regular apartment inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Maintain accurate inventory of apartment items, ensuring no destruction or theft, and enforce caution fees when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Perform other duties as required to support the operations team.

Requirements

Minimum of two years in hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn property management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
