Salary: ₦800,000 – ₦900,000 gross monthly (This is also negotiable)

Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Associate for a fast-paced, privately held investment and asset management firm with operations spanning Real Estate, Agriculture, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Venture Capital.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, multi-sector environment. You will work closely with the finance team to drive strong financial management, oversee treasury operations, and provide key insights to guide investment and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day finance operations: payments, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports across entities
• Handle treasury activities including FX and cash flow management
• Support business development, asset management, and restructuring initiatives
• Deliver clear, data-driven financial insights to support leadership decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ICAN or CFA preferred)
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience
• Strong skills in financial analysis, modeling, and multi-entity accounting
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities across sectors
