Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty and spa facility in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery, manage staff effectively, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day salon and spa operations
• Supervise, schedule, and manage salon staff and therapists
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback or complaints professionally
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training and evaluations
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling services, and customer retention strategies
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Manage bookings, client records, and cash flow where required
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional salon environment
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the beauty/spa industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of beauty, spa treatments, and salon operations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic financial, inventory, and reporting skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1 or be able to commute daily
