JOB TITLE: SALES EXECUTIVE (FIXED DEPOSIT/LIABILITY)

SALARY: N300K – 500K NET

LOCATION: LAGOS

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in liability marketing or sales in a commercial bank, finance house, or microfinance bank.

• Solid understanding of liability products and services, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Results-driven with a proactive approach to client acquisition and market growth.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive the acquisition of new liability clients (individuals, SMEs, and corporates) by identifying business opportunities and generating leads.

• Promote and sell the bank’s liability products to meet and exceed set sales targets.

• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to drive retention and increase share of wallet.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand market presence and enhance product awareness.

• Monitor client needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of excellent client service and product solutions.
