🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary Range: ₦180,000 – ₦220,000 monthly

🎓 Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. or HND

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train new delivery riders

• Develop and execute rider engagement and retention strategies

• Maintain and manage accurate rider records and operational data

• Monitor daily performance metrics and drive continuous improvements

• Provide hands-on support to riders to resolve challenges promptly

• Manage procurement and distribution of rider kits and uniforms

• Track rider KPIs and ensure compliance with service standards

• Collaborate with the local Operations Manager to enhance delivery processes

• Lead internal projects to improve operational efficiency and rider experience

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture

• 2-4 Years of experience in the field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with Excel and data handling

• A team player with empathy, curiosity, and initiative

• A minimum of B.Sc. or HND from a recognized institution
