Job Summary:

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the company’s growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
