The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Head Office. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can support daily office activities and assist multiple departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Handle filing, record-keeping, and document management
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist with data entry and basic report preparation
- Maintain office supplies and support inventory tracking
- Support meeting arrangements and internal coordination
- Attend to visitors and respond to basic inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
