Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Representative to develop market opportunities, strengthen relationships with agencies, and drive regional sales growth. The ideal candidate will support business expansion by identifying new markets, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing market intelligence to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies within the assigned region.

• Drive regional sales growth through agency engagement and sales initiatives.

• Identify new market opportunities and agencies that can support partnership routes.

• Conduct agency visits and telephone sales activities based on scheduled programs.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide recommendations.

• Prepare detailed monthly and annual market reports.

• Communicate company policies, fees, and new updates to agencies.

• Ensure operational activities comply with national and international regulations.

• Report incidents, risks, and customer complaints through appropriate channels.

• Participate in training programs and implement corrective and preventive actions when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-6 years of experience in airline cooperate sales

• Good command of English and a local language.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to analyse market trends and solve problems effectively.

• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
