Job Title: IMS L2 Engineer

Responsibilities

• Configuration management, new integrations, number routings – (add/delete/modify)
• KPI monitoring and Optimization of network and fine tuning to improve KPIs, stability and quality
• Troubleshooting and debugging critical network issues ensuring minimal impact and within SLAs during outages
• Alarms Resolution
• Providing backend support to L1 Team, customer support and liasing with L3/R&D/ backend for rectifications support team
• Execute software patches/upgrades/rectifications
• Provide basic and advanced on weekly training to Opco teams
• Follow the process to execute network changes along with CS team based on customer requirements/requests during maintenance windows
• Follow the process to execute network changes along with PS team based on customer requirements/requests/changes that will affect IMS network during maintenance windows
• Support teams such as IN during validation testing and debugging after execution of CRs
• Disaster recovery on IMS network
• VoLTE Roaming configuration testing and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven work experience
• Strong Knowledge Telecom Cloud, CS, EPC and IP networks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
