The program offers a transformative 3-5 weeks hybrid learning experience, crafted to equip entry-level employees with the essential soft skills and practical competencies necessary for early career success.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) from any of the disciplines below:
- Accounting
- Computer Science
- Human Resources (HR)
- Legal
- Statistics/Mathematics
- Engineering (Electronics, Civil, Mechanical)
- Economics
- Business Administration
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of work experience.
- Candidates must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program not earlier than the year 2024.
- Must be a resident in Lagos.
- A commitment to learning and a strong desire to excel.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Access to a Laptop will be an added advantage.
