JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the bank’s products, services, and brand. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s business objectives
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for retail, corporate, and digital banking products
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity
• Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to support product launches and promotions
• Oversee content creation for advertising, social media, website, email marketing, and public relations
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare management reports
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Professional certification (CIM, MBA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within banking or financial services
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Solid understanding of financial products and customer segmentation
• Digital marketing expertise (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid media)
• Leadership and people management skills
