Job Title:Administrative Support (Marketing/Sales Team)

Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and manage related documentation.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the marketing team with campaign coordination, including tracking progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a services marketing team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with marketing coordination and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes related to raising POS and budgeting.
