SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Implement the overall maintenance of business processes and functions.

• Configure and customize the SAP PM module to meet business requirements.

• Prepares the critical Spares and Rotating Equipment Spares from the O&M Manuals for all plant Equipment.

• Set The Spare Parts Min/ Max for all and linked them with plant Equipment

• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PM module issues.

• Analyze maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM.

• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.

• Develop user guides, and training materials, and deliver training sessions.

• Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for maintenance performance analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

• Experience in system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure solution quality and performance.

• Experience in SAP PM functionality, configuration, and customization.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and training skills.
