- Banks Facilities/Property Management –Support and manage the Abuja offices leased/owned facility assuring a safe, healthy, conducive and secure work environment for its staff and counterparties in a sustainable way; Ensure the Banks offices are setup, used, operated, secured and maintained, in accordance to international standards and local country and Bank regulations, Manage all operational and tactical aspects, managing and maintaining the offices. Ensure compliance and consistent application of the Bank Property Management Policies and Procedures Manual; Ensure appropriate space accommodation; Maintain lease agreements and manage liaisons with building management.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution. Collecting feedback to improve tenant experience and tailor services to their needs. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and event organizers.
- Bank Service Coordination – Coordinates shared services between Abuja office and regional office operations. Enhance Stakeholder Engagement, manage client relations, tenant satisfaction, and service delivery to uphold the Bank’s targeted standards.
- Procurement Management – Working closely with the Branch Office Management, to Implement the goods, services and works procurement management system in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. ensuring competitive bidding for best value, and open and free competition for all Bank procurement and timely supply of quality goods and services.
- Vendor Performance Management – Through the procurement guidelines of the Bank and assist to negotiate contracts with suppliers to deliver best value to the office: Apply appropriate supply and service level agreements for goods and services; When in place ensure these are appropriately managed and updated ensuring fulfilment of Bank rights and obligations.
- Administrative Support – Works closely with relevant teams to provide detailed back up on general office administration and operations for business continuity.
- Asset Management & Coordination – Works with the Office Management team and liaises with the Asset Managers/Realtors in lease administration and tenant coordination.
- Business Continuity Management – Assists in the application of the Bank Business Continuity Management Compendium for the effective operations of the office.
- Construction Management – Works closely with the relevant teams and external service providers to support construction of the Branch regional office and other project initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in leading diverse teams in a multifunctional environment. Relevant experience in construction, administrative and procurement activities, project management,
